Explanation: My aunt got a call that her son's female friend was on a scavenger hunt and needed to jump in their pool. It was quite humorous for a Wed. night. I can't wait to have a teenage girl. LOL

Okay, so I have been dying to get Little Bit's ears pierced since she was born. I asked her Dr. about it and she told me it was perfectly fine, but she needed to have her first set of shots first. Well, after asking many family members to go with me, and all of them telling me "no" they didn't want to see her cry, I found someone to go! Connie was the brave soul. Actually, when it came time I couldn't even stay!!!!!! I signed the consent form and then went out of the store to wait for the screams. Connie said she was so upset (Little Bit) that her screams were silent! I will take some more pics tomorrow morning and post them. I only have one from today and it isn't that great. Stay tuned. :) I know she will be glad she was so little when we had them done b/c I remember Mom and Dad taking me. BTW, did you know there isn't a "gun" anymore??? It is a little plastic device that holds the earring and it just needs to be pushed together to work. Crazy!

This weekend's pics...

We have a sick one on our hands... :( She has a runny nose and a wheezy cough. It is not a great time as she is boarding her first plane tomorrow to head to Texas to meet her Pappa, Great Aunt Linda (okay, we need a new name!! she is a GREAT GRANDMA NOW- can't claim Aunt -any longer!!!!), Great Papa, Great Granny, Great Aunt Connie, 2nd Cousins - they are great too! Justin and Nathan, Great Uncle Paul and many of Momma's friends! We both are super excited and I really need to be packing, but am doing some last minute laundry as I am trying to pack lightly and our FAVORITE outfits (hers and mine) are dirty. SOOOO I am posting.

BTW, Winkflash has 6 cent pics right now and they even do matte pictures if anyone is interested.

Okay, so even though she was sick today, she was still EXTREMELY happy! It is hard to tell she is sick by her expressions, thank God, but she is eating very little and sleeping more than usual. Here were some pics of her after church today playing while we ate lunch:

Hello All!!!

Just wanted to do a good post before I left for Texas as it will probably be a while (mid-July) before you get a new post. Who knows, maybe I will be ambitious and post from Texas. We shall see.
